Analytics you can actually argue with
Sailors are rightly skeptical of magic numbers. So every figure in a SailTac debrief carries the evidence it was derived from, and the report says plainly when two estimates overlap or when something wasn't measurable at all.
A debrief that shows its work
Most tools stop at the finish gun. SailTac tells you where the race went — and refuses to guess. Maneuver losses are measured from the actual speed drop through each logged tack. When something genuinely can't be measured, it says so instead of inventing a number.

At the gun, SailTac freezes the forecast. Afterwards it compares every model against the wind you actually recorded and ranks them. You stop arguing about which model to trust on your water and start knowing.

The founder bet his own race on it first
SailTac was built for a deadline: the 2026 Port Huron-to-Mackinac race, 250 nautical miles up Lake Huron, on the founder's own First 42. It ran the whole race — instruments, routing and full-race logging — and produced the analysis the crew and their tactician are still working from.
